Nick began his career with a variety of media roles at Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. He then worked at trailblazing online search company Espotting.com before moving into the world of video. In 2007 Nick helped launch the UK office of online video platform ROO.com, where he met current business partner Stuart Stubbs.

In 2008, Nick co-founded the digital content agency Adjust Your Set, which he grew from scratch to a successful video business of 70 staff in 7 years. Not only creating the content itself, through an in-house production team, Adjust Your Set devised video strategies, built video tech and reporting platforms and drove traffic through a dedicated media arm.

Together, with over 20 years combined experience in online video, Nick and Stuart have advised brands including:
