That’s why we offer mental health support whenever it’s needed, with a trained Mental Health First Aider, a monthly budget for health and wellbeing benefits for each team member, and encourage you to step away from your desks through walking meetings and regular breaks.

Our History
A decade of doing YouTube right.
Navigate Video started in 2015 - not in a boardroom, but around a table in Costa Coffee, London. That small beginning launched our mission: to say goodbye to great brand content that gathers dust on YouTube.
Just six months later, AXA became our first major client, and are still with us to this day. What began as a consultancy soon became a full-service offering. We saw the opportunity in YouTube, and built our entire agency around it. Since then, we’ve helped over 30 global brands grow through the power of YouTube.
Today? We deliver YouTube strategy, optimisation, creative, and media services
We’ve picked up eight awards along the way, our team has grown in size and expertise, and our client reach is now global.
And we’re only just getting started.
